Easy Recipe

One of my favorite, healthy, and tasty meals has to be homemade sourdough toast (cut thin enough to be nice and crunchy), smushed avocado, and a poached egg! and of course some sprouts on top 😜!! This is one of those go to meals that is great for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! Special thanks to my mom for introducing this meal to me! This is a regular for our lunch dates 😀😀😀!


Mix it up by adding different spices. We love seasoning the avocado with Herbamare, and adding a little turmeric to the eggs for the extra benefits. Turmeric has the potential to prevent heart disease, Alzheimer’s, and cancer. And it doesn’t over power the dish!
